Blanch, peel, toast, and chop the nuts

Pour the sugar into a saucepan and caramelize it
Incorporate into the rest and mix, shaping it into a round and flat form
Place on a baking sheet over the wafers, surround with a ring, and bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes
