Panna Cotta with Mixed Berries is a classic Italian dessert. It consists of a delicate cream made from fresh cream, sugar, gelatin and flavorings, served with a tasty sauce of fresh mixed berries and decorated with mint leaves. This dessert is perfect for those who love the sweet and fresh flavors of berries.
Soak the gelatin (gelatin sheets) in cold water
Blend the berries with half of the cream and a few mint leaves
Strain everything and add the icing sugar
Heat the remaining cream in a saucepan with sprigs of mint
Remove the cream from the heat and discard the mint leaves
Add the well‑squeezed gelatin sheets and then the cream with the blended berries
Pour the mixture into molds and let them rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour
Using a small pot of hot water we can serve the dessert directly on the plate, decorating it with fresh fruit
We can also garnish and enhance our dessert with a drizzle of fir honey (honey)
