Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Beat the egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, add the baking powder, flour, and incorporate half of the pineapple juice

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Mix well and add the 2 egg whites beaten until stiff

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    In the baking pan, melt the butter with 100 g of sugar and when it is caramelized, place the pineapple slices on it, pour the mixture over and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

    Turn the cake upside down and garnish with red candied cherries
