Raspberry Ice Cream Cups are a delicious summer dessert that combines frozen raspberries, canned peaches, and vanilla ice cream. A real treat to enjoy on hot days.
Blend the raspberries with 5-6 tablespoons of water, place the cream in a bowl and add the powdered sugar, the small glass of kirsch, the juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
Mix the cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve in cups and place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream on each, cover with 1/2 canned peach, and drizzle with the raspberry cream.
