
Raspberry Ice Cream Cups are a delicious summer dessert that combines frozen raspberries, canned peaches, and vanilla ice cream. A true treat to enjoy during hot days.




Blend the raspberries with 5-6 tablespoons of water, put the cream in a bowl and add the powdered sugar, the shot of kirsch, the juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
Mix the cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve in cups and on each put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, cover with 1/2 canned peach and drizzle with raspberry cream.
