Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 2

    Heat the sugar with 2 tablespoons of water; when it turns golden, distribute it on the bottom of 6 pudding molds: cream the yolks with the sugar and then blend in the ricotta; add milk and cream, mix carefully, and distribute into the molds filling them only 3/4 full

  2. STEP 2 OF 2

    Bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes at 190 degrees
