Blend all the ingredients together in a mixer or food processor
Line a mold with parchment paper and pour in the mixture
Bake in the air fryer at 170° for 22 minutes or in the oven at 175° for 35/40 minutes
Store in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days
If using a 18/20cm mold, multiply everything by 3!
