It is prepared by mixing egg yolks, sugar, butter, cocoa powder, rum, and dry biscuits. The mixture is then shaped into the form of a salami and left to cool in the refrigerator. It is recommended to serve it sliced, as if it were a real sweet salami. It is a delicious and irresistible dessert, perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee or to give as a gift to loved ones.




Beat the two egg yolks with two tablespoons of sugar until you get a soft cream
Add the melted butter, 100 g of sugar mixed with three tablespoons of cocoa powder, and the shot of rum
Mix everything well until the ingredients are well combined
Break the biscuits into pieces and add them to the mixture
Knead well then pour the obtained mixture onto a piece of wax paper, sealing it carefully after rolling it like a salami
Put in the fridge until it is well hardened
Remove the paper and serve sliced
