
Tomatoes Stuffed with Russian Salad

Preparation

Choose tomatoes that are not too ripe; ideal for this preparation are green-pink ones with a delicate flavor

Wash them, dry them, cut them in half, and remove the seeds and some of the pulp

Salt them and place them upside down to drain excess water for at least half an hour

Hard boil the eggs and cut them into four wedges

Fill the tomatoes, after drying them, with plenty of Russian salad so that it forms a dome, and decorate the top with a slice of hard-boiled egg
