Sauce made from tempeh flavored with orange and lemon juice, ginger and mustard: velvety and suitable as a dressing or accompaniment. Can also be made with tofu.
Steam the tempeh for 10 minutes or cook it in an air fryer.
Blend the cooked tempeh with the orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, mustard, olive oil, and salt.
Add the egg white to make it creamier.
Adjust the balance between sweetness and acidity to taste.
