
Vegan tacos with tofu and vegetables cooked in an air fryer. Vegetables and tofu are marinated with soy sauce, turmeric, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil, then cooked and served in corn tortillas.
Cut the vegetables.
Marinate tofu, carrots, and zucchini with soy sauce, turmeric, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil, then cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Heat the tortillas in the air fryer for 3 minutes at 180°C.
Serve the tortillas filled with diced tofu and the vegetables.
If desired, garnish with sesame.

Corn tortillas are gluten-free; for this recipe, it is better to use small tortillas.
