
Amargura is a liqueur that plays on the balance between sweet and bitter ("amargura" means bitterness in the Sardinian language) with the infusion of fresh orange peels as the main ingredient. The addition of infusion of red cinchona bark gives a slightly bitter note. The whole is enriched by the precious mixture provided by the carobs and a pinch of sugar.
