The almonds, 100% Sicilian and organic, are shelled in our laboratory, to shorten the supply chain and ensure maximum freshness of the product. The extra virgin olive oil is produced with typical cultivars of southeastern Sicily, such as Tonda Iblea pressed by the Pianogrillo farm in Chiaramonte Gulfi (RG).
