The basil comes from small local farmers belonging to our ethical supply chain, such as Beppe Montana Cooperative Libera Terra. The almonds, 100% Sicilian and organic, are shelled in our laboratory, to shorten the supply chain and ensure maximum freshness of the product. The extra virgin olive oil is produced with typical cultivars of southeastern Sicily, such as Tonda Iblea pressed by the Pianogrillo farm in Chiaramonte Gulfi (RG). The sea salt comes from the salt pans of the WWF Natural Reserve of Trapani. Dolci Evasioni Almond Pesto received the Silver Medal ("excellent" product) at the International Taste Awards 2020.
