Amaro AMARA is produced by selecting the best IGP red orange peels from Sicily, which are cultivated in our orange groves, using water from springs and wild herbs from Etna. This liqueur represents the quintessence of Sicily. THE IGP RED ORANGE FROM SICILY is cultivated without chemicals, hand-picked and bottled as pure nectar of “IGP Red Oranges from Sicily”. Discover all the properties of Sicily's red gold, red like the lava of the volcano beneath which it is born and grows, red like Amaro AMARA. Produced in small quantities, Amaro AMARA uses the “IGP Red Oranges from Sicily” cultivated for generations in our orange groves in Contrada San Martino. Production: we cultivate “IGP Red Oranges from Sicily” in our citrus orchards, selecting them carefully and peeling them by hand one by one. The peels are infused multiple times, repeated 7 times, with alcohol and wild herbs. We add purest water from the Etna spring.
