The Busiata is a pasta format that has obtained the recognition of Traditional Food Product of the Sicily region. The name comes from the “busa”, which is the stem of a grass plant that was formerly used to twist the busiati. PISTACHIO PESTO – ALICOS: The simplicity of the ingredients makes this pistachio pesto unique; our Pistachio Pesto is the ideal condiment for many dishes matched with meat, fish or whatever else, excellent also spread on slices of bread to serve as an appetizer or snack.
