<p><strong>Gewurztraminer Elena Walch</strong> is a wine produced from the Gewurztraminer variety by the winery <strong>Elena Walch</strong> in Trentiro Alto Adige. Gewurztraminer is an aromatic variety that produces wines with a very recognizable profile. The class of fragrant compounds that characterize Gewurztraminer wines are terpenes. These substances are found in the skins, and for the production of this wine, after manual harvesting, the grapes are left to macerate in the must at low temperature and in a controlled atmosphere for about 6 hours.
