Description
Il Bruciato Antinori is a wine produced from international grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and a small percentage of Syrah, which find a very suitable environment for their full maturation in the Bolgheri area. The grapes are harvested manually and at different times depending on the ripeness of the different varieties and brought to the winery for vinification. This takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for an average duration of about 10-15 days at temperatures of 28-30°C depending on the vintage. After this process, the wines are separated from the skins and aged in French oak barriques and steel for a year before blending and bottling. Pairings: Il Bruciato Guado al Tasso Antinori is an elegant, medium-bodied wine suitable for pairing with first courses of pasta and rice with red meat sauces or main courses such as roasts or grilled red meat and game that is not too spicy. It pairs well with medium to long-aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or mountain cheeses.
