
Beefeater 24 takes its name from the original production method of Beefeater, that of maceration for 24 hours before distillation to fully extract the flavors from the botanicals. 12 botanicals, the same 9 botanicals as classic Beefeater, including juniper berries, bitter orange peel from Seville, lemon peel, coriander, almonds, angelica roots, angelica seeds, iris roots, with the addition of 3 other botanicals: pink grapefruit, Chinese green tea, and Japanese Sencha tea. Appearance: crystal clear. Nose: fragrant notes of citrus, with hints of coriander and angelica in a crescendo of complexity and harmony of juniper and Japanese and Chinese green tea. Taste: initially more spicy notes of Japanese and Chinese green tea and juniper are felt, then the fresh and strong notes of citrus, with an intense and round flavor that fades into the spicy notes of coriander and angelica; alcohol content (alc/vol): 45 percent_by_volume.
