The production of this Gin follows a very ancient traditional method, which includes 5 distillations, through small batches that are divided into a few numbered bottles. The distillations take place using a very old copper still known in the industry as "the Rolls Royce of stills" and, once the process is complete, the liquid rests for at least three weeks before being bottled, allowing all the vegetal characteristics to merge excellently.
