
Ingredients: 100% rondinella. “Scaia” Rosato from Cantina Tenuta Sant’Antonio is produced with 100% Rondinella grapes grown in vineyards located in the Municipality of Mezzane di Sotto, province of Verona. After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo destemming with a cold maceration process. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 12-13° C in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation; afterwards, battonage is performed once a week until it is time to bottle the wine.
