Ingredients: 100% Rondinella “Scaia” Rosato from Cantina Tenuta Sant’Antonio is produced with 100% Rondinella grapes grown in the vineyards located in the Municipality of Mezzane di Sotto, province of Verona. After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo de-stemming with a cold maceration process. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12-13 °C in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation; afterwards, battonage is performed once a week until the bottling of the wine.
