The gin of the seven stills. It is a brand of the Casalbor group, produced in Puerto de Santa María (in Cadice, Spain) in a distillery dating back 200 years. Its name derives from Juan de Wint and Margarita de Lila, who married in Cadice in 1646 and from this union a flourishing maritime trading activity with America originated. This gin is made with natural ingredients: all the botanicals are macerated individually and gently distilled in seven small stills, each of which imparts different nuances to the gin. The result is a very well-balanced premium London Dry Gin that incorporates Spanish tradition and Mediterranean aromas.
