Cultivation area The grapes for the cuvée Madame Jeanne come from vineyards located in Saint-Pierre, in the Bas-Rhin department, in Alsace, France. This region, with its unique terroir and favorable climate, is renowned for producing high-quality wines. Cultivation practices Domaine du Petit Bouchon follows a certified organic approach by Nature & Progrès and biodynamic methods. The work is done manually, and no chemical products or sulfites are used. Soil health is ensured through the use of nitrogen-rich cover crops and homeopathic treatments, promoting biodiversity and the natural balance of the vineyards. Technical characteristics Grape varieties: Gewurztraminer and Sylvaner Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of sulfites or other chemical additives, to preserve the wine's authenticity.
