Denomination: Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC Grape Variety: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc Name: Sassicaia Alcohol: 14° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Bolgheri (LI), Tuscany, Italy Description: Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature around 30° - 31°C. Two weeks of skin maceration, with various pump-overs and delestages. Malolactic fermentation in steel. At the end of the malolactic fermentation and after a series of rackings to ensure cleanliness, the wine begins the aging period in French oak barriques for a period ranging from 20 to 25 months. The duration of the aging is technically decided based on the seasonal trend of the vintage. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who have given, with a contract of mandate with representation, a sales assignment to iuain.com which, therefore, acts exclusively as an intermediary. The Principal declares, under their own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions provided for by art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 do not apply.
