The wine is then refined in the bottle for about 5/6 months. The color is carmine red with clear garnet reflections. On the nose, there are fruity, floral, vegetal, and spicy notes, with hints of cherries in spirit and wild berries, wilted violet flowers, pine and balsamic aromas, and finally notes of licorice and rhubarb. On the palate, it is dry, warm, moderately fresh and tannic, balanced, intense, persistent, and harmonious, with the same aromas perceived on the nose. A wine capable of demonstrating all the strength, character, and territoriality of the island. Recommended pairing with grilled meats, sliced meats, oven-baked lamb with herbs, game, and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 18-20° C
