Aria is one of the most interesting hop-forward creations by Enrico Ciani, head brewer and founder of Birra dell'Eremo, the brewery in Capodacqua, a couple of kilometers from Assisi. Poured, this Session IPA shows a beautiful straw yellow and wraps you in an explosion of tropical fruit aromas, with mango and pineapple taking center stage. On the palate it is so light and smooth that all you'll do is enjoy sip after sip until you empty your pint almost without noticing.
