The Badevisco extra virgin olive oil, Sessana variety, is a lightly fruity extra virgin olive oil. It has a green olive fruitiness, a delicate herbaceous intensity, and is very harmonious and complex on the nose, with hints of almond and artichoke. On the palate, it is sweet and slightly spicy. Excellent on fish appetizers, steamed shellfish, legume soups, and vegetable-based first courses.
