LASAGNE ALLA BOLOGNESE NB: Celestino's Fresh Pasta shipments are normally made on Tuesdays for orders received by the previous Sunday. Lasagne alla Bolognese - in the convenient 750 gr. approx. format in atm (variable weight subject to a 10% tolerance) easily storable in the refrigerator. It is important that the recipient ensures they are present for delivery. Culinary preparation based on fresh egg pasta filled with béchamel and meat ragù. The quintessential Sunday main course typical of Emilia Romagna, but now a symbol of Italian cuisine worldwide. Our lasagne consist of 5 layers of fresh egg pasta enriched, in the dough, with spinach to give it the classic green color, interspersed with layers of béchamel and meat ragù. Ingredients: Dough: soft wheat flour "00", eggs, spinach, durum wheat semolina. Filling: béchamel (milk, soft wheat flour "00", sunflower seed oil, salt, corn starch), ragù [pork meat, beef meat, tomato pulp (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), oils and fats of vegetable origin (sunflower), milk, wine, onion, celery, carrot, salt], Grana Padano PDO (milk, salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), nutmeg. May contain: soy, mustard, and lupin. Preparation method: cook in a traditional oven at a temperature of 160°C for 20 minutes or in a microwave for 6 minutes on low power with grill.
