Prosciutto di Modena DOP is a high-quality product that requires a maturation period of at least 18 months. During this time, the prosciutto develops a unique flavor and aroma. Taste: savory but not too salty, with a sweet taste on the palate and delicately fragrant. Excellent with fresh bread and butter, or with toasted bread and fresh tomato. It pairs perfectly with aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Made from pigs BORN and RAISED in Italy. After more than a year of processing, only the legs deemed suitable by the Control Institute authorized by the Ministry of Agricultural Policies receive the PROTECTION MARK.
