Place the mixture on the base of a springform pan (22 cm diameter) lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a bowl, put the fresh ricotta already sweetened and add the whipped cream, chocolate chips, and mix everything with a spatula. Add the gelatin to the mixture, which was previously soaked in cold water for 10 minutes and then melted in a saucepan with a bit of liquid cream, mixing it well. Pour the obtained mixture into the springform pan, level it well, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
