CHARACTERISTICS Thanks to our study and research work, we have developed an exclusive recipe: Libre, the first Sicilian craft beer with Gluten-Free barley malt! Blonde, spicy, fresh with evident citrus notes and moderate bitterness. Excellent on its own or with any dish, even fish-based. To create it, we were inspired by our Ambra with which it shares style and flavorings. We are happy to offer it also to those who have not been able to enjoy our craft products until now. We have set the ethical goal of offering, despite higher production costs, a high-quality product with an unbeatable price identical to that of our Ambra. We do not want to speculate on health. INGREDIENTS Ingredients: Water, barley malt, oat flakes, hops, sugar, spices (coriander, ginger, orange peel), yeast. Alcohol 5.5% – IBU 23 Serving temperature 6-7°C. Available in 33 cl bottles
