
The Cuvée Brut Millesimato by Cantine Strapellum is a generous wine like Basilicata. Grapes: Obtained from select Aglianico del Vulture grapes vinified in white and Greco handpicked. Production Area: Owned vineyards located at the foot of Vulture. Rionero in Vulture area. Vinification: The freshly handpicked grapes arrive in the winery in small crates, are quickly de-stemmed and softly pressed to extract only the noblest and most aromatic fractions from the berry. The must is immediately separated from the skins and filtered to prevent it from acquiring color. Fermentation, under controlled temperature, takes place in refrigerated stainless steel autoclaves. The aging on the lees lasts for 180 days, during which periodic daily stirrings are performed, allowing the sparkling wine to harmonize with all the noble aromas of the yeasts. Aging: After bottling, our sparkling wine rests in the dark in a cellar in precious bottles for at least 90 days. Alcohol Content: 13% Vol.
