The hazelnuts are mechanically shelled, sized, delicately roasted, and manually selected to ensure the highest quality. Subsequently, the hazelnuts undergo a refining process, preserving the typical aroma and fragrance of the Piedmont Hazelnut IGP. This product is free from bitter or rancid notes, offering a rich and genuine taste.
