Produced in the olive groves in Valle di Mezzane, in the municipalities of Mezzane di Sotto and Illasi, on the northern hills of the province of Verona. This valley is a particularly unique climatic treasure chest, ideal for oil production: a substrate of marl and sandstone, unspoiled nature, a closed valley that maintains consistently controlled temperatures throughout the year with excellent thermal variations, especially during the fruit ripening period. This is an oil of the type called Doge (Casaliva Leccino). It presents an intense green color, creamy and persistent, with strong hints of vegetables, artichoke, and thistle.
