This valley is a particularly unique climatic vault and ideal for oil production: a substrate of marls and sandstone, unspoiled nature, a closed valley that maintains controlled temperatures throughout the year with excellent temperature swings, especially during the fruit ripening period. This is an oil of the Doge type (Casaliva Leccino). It has an intense green color, creamy and persistent, with strong hints of vegetables, artichoke, and thistle.
