The Hemberg estate of Klaus Lentsch is an ideal area for the great aromatic wines typical of South Tyrol. The vineyard is located at the beginning of the Isarco Valley, in the Campodazzo estate. These are vineyards that can be seen from the highway, climbing steeply along the walls that rise from the valley slopes. This wine comes from a careful selection of bunches in the vineyard, from a fermentation process that lasts at 17°C for about two weeks. A long period after which the racking is carried out and thereafter fermentation continues in steel on its own yeasts.
