This Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Contarina is a premium product. A truly exciting oil, intentionally presented in a beautiful label to highlight the intrinsic quality value of the product. Produced in the olive groves in Valle di Mezzane, in the municipalities of Mezzane di Sotto and Illasi, on the northern hills of the province of Verona. This valley is a particularly unique climatic treasure, ideal for oil production: a substrate of marl and sandstone, unspoiled nature, a closed valley that maintains consistently controlled temperatures throughout the year with excellent thermal variations, especially during the fruit ripening period. The olives used are of the Leccio variety (pure Leccio and Leccio del Corno). This oil presents a light fruity aroma, with hints of green grass and tomato, elegant and balanced with a slight bitterness that quickly fades. Clear and bright, typical green with golden reflections typical of the cultivars of the Veronese hills.
