
The grapes come from iron-rich and clayey soils, typical of the Montello hills. The grapes are vinified in red and left to macerate for 15 days on their must. Subsequently, it is aged in Slavonian oak barrels of 2.5 tons for 12 - 14 months. The wine is then left for a short period in the bottle before being marketed.
