Vigna Panacea is a Sannio Aglianico Dop, with a rich aroma of blackberry and raspberries. Its taste is smooth and well-structured. This red wine comes from the Campania region, produced by the Vigne Storte company, which owns about 10 hectares of land. The hard work, dedication, and care for the vineyards and production result in a product rich in flavors, aromas, and high quality. The red wine follows a vinification process, with maceration involving 8/10 leafings per day and gentle pressing. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and lasts about 15 days. Aging takes place in stainless steel for 10 months and then continues in the bottle for another 5 months.
