The Soave Danieli possesses a natural freshness like few others. It comes from Garganega grapes in purity, a portion of which is harvested late and then left to dry for 40 days. The vineyards are located in the small village of Terrossa di Roncà, beneath the ancient dormant volcano of Calvarina at an altitude of about 200 meters. A period that slightly dehydrates the grapes without enhancing the sensation of withering in the wine, rather supporting all the value of the fruit. All grapes are pressed and then the must is fermented in steel tanks. The intention is to elevate the expressive potential of Garganega without detracting from its freshness and floral notes. Alcohol 12.5 %Vol.
