This Soave Superiore DOCG Monte San Piero from 2020 produced by Sandro De Bruno's winery, grown on the volcanic hills between Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara, in the province of Verona. Thanks to the volcanic soils that host the vineyards, the grapes transmit very pleasant mineral and savory notes. The olfactory bouquet is complex and enticing: we find ripe and dehydrated exotic fruit, sweet spices, fragrant notes of baked goods, mineral, toasted, and balsamic hints. A great aromatic evolution that accompanies the warm and enveloping sip, significantly balanced thanks to the freshness and savoriness of the finish.
