Our zabaione is strictly prepared by hand, artisanally and without the use of machinery. For this product, which is cooked in a bain-marie as tradition dictates, we use genuine ingredients such as eggs, Marsala, sugar, and rice starch. During preparation, our zabaione is continuously monitored and carefully handled by specialized operators and finally is meticulously jarred. A smooth, dense product, suitable for marbling ice creams, semifreddos, and flavoring creams.
