Made with 100% cotton and olive pit, double-layered, it is machine washable at 40°. It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place. Hot Use: to relieve arthritis, cervical osteoarthritis, muscle pain, cramps, menstrual pain, rheumatism, sinusitis, and bronchitis. Heat Cockole in the microwave for about 2 minutes at 600 W max, or on the radiator until it reaches the desired temperature, or even in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil and heat at 130° for 10 minutes.
