Only natural kumquats (Chinese mandarins) hand-picked at the Circeo farm between December and January, processed and candied on-site, with just enough organic Demerara whole cane sugar to make them less tart, and then dipped in 83% Single-Origin Ecuador dark chocolate, which the company sources from the Cocoa Horizons network. The pine nuts from Sabaudia in the Circeo National Park, unmistakable with their strong spicy resin aroma, are like gems set in these irresistible chocolates, finely packaged in small boxes perfect for gifting. They are also vegan, gluten-free, and low in sugar. Simply delicious! The 85g box contains 4 chocolates.
