  • Grated lemon peelto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and the grated lemon peel.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    In room temperature water, place the tea bag, then pour into the bowl, followed by all the ingredients.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Work the cake batter with a whisk to avoid lumps. Line the mold with parchment paper, pour and level. Before baking, decorate with apple slices and cane sugar.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 25/30 minutes.
