Super easy Gluten-Free Tart!
In a bowl, mix sugar and egg.
Add the dry ingredients followed by the liquid ones.
Mix everything with a spoon, then with your hands, until you get a dough.
Use a 22 cm mold and line it with parchment paper.
Spread part of the tart base and fill with jam.
Gently decorate with strips of dough taken from the total.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, depending on your oven.
