Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 2

    Mash half a banana, add the milk, egg white, a teaspoon of honey/maple syrup, and mix. Add oat flour, cocoa, sweetener, and baking powder. Top with the other half of the banana, a sprinkle of stevia, cinnamon, and chocolate shavings.

  2. STEP 2 OF 2

    Cooking: - For the video consistency (baked oats) with a crust and liquid interior, use the AIR FRYER: preheated at 180°C for 10 minutes. - For a more solid consistency, like a real cake: In the OVEN preheated at 180°C for 20 minutes or in the MICROWAVE at 750w for about 2 minutes.
