Mix the oat flour, milk, half of the protein mousse (about 50g), and the baking powder in an oven-safe bowl. Add the remaining mousse in the center and cover it. Top with dark chocolate flakes as desired
Cooking: -preheated air fryer: 190°C for 10 minutes (but it depends on the oven, so occasionally open to check, mine was ready in 7 minutes). -oven: same temperature but for about 15 minutes. -microwave: 2/3 minutes (also here occasionally open to check it doesn't explode and obviously the texture in this case will be different from the video)
