Whisk the egg and sweetener together, then add all the liquids and subsequently incorporate all the dry ingredients. Lastly, add the baking powder and chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, also adding a few chocolate chips on top.
IN OVEN 180°C for 25 minutes IN AIR FRYER 165°C for 14/15 minutes (but do the toothpick test to ensure they are cooked inside, otherwise continue for another couple of minutes)
