Melt 180g of chocolate (the remaining 70 will be used for the glaze later) in a double boiler or microwave. Combine the mashed banana, flour, and cocoa. Mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Pour into an 18x24 mold and bake:* •air fryer = 180°C for 10 minutes. •oven = 180°C for 30 minutes.
For the glaze: Combine the chocolate with the plant-based drink and melt in a double boiler or microwave. Drizzle over the brownies that you have placed on a rack and, if desired, add a few flakes of coarse salt. Let solidify in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
