Preparation

    Cook the quinoa following the cooking times indicated on the package. In the meantime, cook the purple cabbage in a pan with a little water for a few minutes and blend it, then add it to the quinoa. Create your bowl by placing the purple quinoa at the base and garnish with salmon, avocado, and asparagus (I ate them raw but you can also cook them). Season with oil and lemon
