  • Plant-based drink4 Tablespoons
  • Oat flour80
  • Baking powder for desserts1.5 Teaspoons
  • Honey1 Tablespoon

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 2

    *If you use Greek yogurt, you will need to add at least double the amount of milk to get a more liquid mixture*

  2. STEP 2 OF 2

    Mix all the dry ingredients, add the liquid ones as well, and pour a tablespoon and a half of the batter into a preheated non-stick pan. Cook with a lid for one minute, then flip and cook on the other side. Enjoy them nice and warm, topped as you like. I always choose honey and red fruits or chocolate.
