  • Nectarines (pitted weight)500g
  • Baking powder1unit
  • For decoration

  • Granulated sugar1Tablespoon

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 7

    Beat the eggs with the sugar using an electric whisk until they are frothy

  2. STEP 2 OF 7

    Add the oil and yogurt

  3. STEP 3 OF 7

    Finally, incorporate the peeled and diced nectarines

  4. STEP 4 OF 7

    Mix well with a spoon the sifted powders

  5. STEP 5 OF 7

    Pour the mixture into a greased and floured plumcake mold

  6. STEP 6 OF 7

    Finish with pieces of nectarine and a tablespoon of granulated sugar.

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes (always do the toothpick test). Unmold when just cool and decorate with powdered sugar
