Pour the mixture into a greased and floured plumcake mold
Finish with pieces of nectarine and a tablespoon of granulated sugar.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes (always do the toothpick test). Unmold when just cool and decorate with powdered sugar
